We offer standard tracked postage via Sendle or Australia Post, depending on the location.

Once we received the order, it will be process and ready for delivery as soon as possible. Generally within 1-2 Business days. Custom order such as press on nails will take longer, as it made to order. Because all the press on nails in our website are handcrafted and hand painted by me, the turnaround timeframe really depend on  how many orders I have currently.

The delivery time is an estimate set by the postal service provider, normally it will take 3-7 Business days, but due to current situation(COVID), there may be a delay; the punctuality of it depends on them and it's not something we can guarantee. Any delays or missing items in delivery transit are not part of our accountability, as we only send the items to the postal service.
